Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician (Fuquay Varina)
ProServe Hood & Duct Services is seeking kitchen exhaust cleaning technicians to join our team. Experience is necessary
Responsibilities
*Clean and certify restaurant kitchen exhaust hood systems
*Power washing of kitchen exhaust hood systems, duct work, hood filters and more
*Clean roof top exhaust fans and surrounding areas
*Installation of auxiliary items including: access panels, hinge kits and grease containment systems
*Complete service reports legibly
*Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing ProServe
*Follow all ProServe policies & procedures to include safety rules and good driving habits
*Ensure continued communication and cooperation with ProServe teammates
Qualified Candidates will have:
*Have the ability to work with their hands and possess technical and/or mechanical skills
*Be able to work flexible hours including nights and on-call hours
*Have a positive attitude, self-motivated, strong organizational and good communication skills
*Be proficient with technology and electronic devices
*Have regular and punctual attendance
Requirements
*Valid Driver’s License and no major traffic violations within the past 3 years
*Ability to work a flexible 3rd shift
*Must be able to work a varying schedule including early morning and late evening hours to accommodate customer needs
*Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
*Repetitive lifting and carrying minimum of 20 lbs or more, 8 or more times per day, 5 consecutive days per week
